Office Relocation

Moving your office is no small feat. There are a lot of moving parts and logistics involved. In the last 25 years, we've got it down to a science. Using one vendor for all telephone, internet, and data equipment makes your job easier. This is what you can expect from CVD.

PREPARATION: 

  • FREE Survey & Consultation 

  • Work with you to create a floor plan of your new site, with everything from wall jacks to server room layout.

  • Clarify plans and make sure all details have been addressed.

  • Coordinate with your dial tone provider on the transfer of your phone lines.

  • Install voice & data cabling, wall outlets & jacks, and any hardware that can be installed before the move. 

MOVE-IN DAY:​

  • Dismantle and reinstall all of your voice & data hardware, racks, and telephone system.

  • Ensure all work stations are correctly cabled, phones are set out, and the server. room is ready to go. 

  • Test and verify all voice & data connections​.

  • Leave work area(s) tidy.
